Terms and Conditions

A binding contract exists between highfidelity.com.gr and the customer only after highfidelity.com.gr has sent an order confirmation email accepting the customers order and customer has specified his/her intention to pay for the order by pressing the save button in the order form of the highfidelity.com.gr website. The contract becomes invalid if payment does not arrive.


Shipping & Insurance

Shipment of paid items takes place 1-2 working days after arrival of payment. Packages are insured against loss or damage only when the registered airmail shipping option is chosen and paid for. In the very rare event of loss or damage, buyer is entitled to full refund by the Post Office, provided, that the Post Office cannot produce a signed receipt of proper delivery by customer or a resident of the address to which package has been sent. Highfidelity.com.gr will handle the whole refund procedure, which can only be started a month after item dispatch. Post Office inquiries take a month. As soon as refund takes place, the full amount of will be immediately sent to customer by highfidelity.com.gr


Security

When paying by credit card, neither highfidelity.com.gr personnel nor the web hosts or internet providers have access to credit card details.

Item ordered is not deliverable

In the rare event that highfidelity.com.gr erroneously runs out of stock of an item, after having accepted an order for this item, or if an item turns out to be unavailable at source, buyer will be given the choice of full refund, or of ordering a different item. Refund will take place by refund in buyer's paypal account.


Returns

All products are new, unused exactly in the state the labels deliver them. Descriptions and pictures are as a rule the ones provided by the labels for selling purposes. Returns and refunds will only be accepted and fully refunded only in case of gross misrepresentation of the item or in the very rare event of a defective product.

ALL THE RECORDS/CDs IN THIS SITE, ARE BRAND NEW AND TOTALLY UNPLAYED. EVEN SOME OLD AND OUT-OF-PRINT REISSUES OR ORIGINALS.
Second-hand records, along with their condition's description (vinyl/cover), are only presented with strict description and they are clearly stated as preowned or used records.


Handling of Personal Data

No information will be disclosed about buyer, neither name, nor address and telephone details, not even items ordered. Email addresses or email addresses to friends will be kept in the lpcdreissues.com customer records and will not be given any further, except if needed by the bank for verification reasons. They will be used only by highfidelity.com.gr for informing customers about forthcoming releases, or upcoming orders. Customer may at any time ask to be removed from the mailing lists.
